Pool Opening:
PRICING: Starting at $550.00
Service Includes:
-
Safety cover removal (pool and/or spa), clean up, and store in a location indicated by the owner. -
Blow all leaves and debris from the pool/spa deck -
Clean the pool/spa equipment area of leaves. -
Remove all winterizing plugs from pool suction and return lines inside the pool. -
Assemble all pumps, filters, heaters (if available), and sanitizer feeder (if available) lines to respective fittings. -
Visually inspect pump, filter, and any adjacent equipment (i.e., heater, heat pump, chlorine sanitizer, booster pump, water feature pump, etc.). -
Re-attach any deck equipment such as pool ladder, diving board, toys, etc. -
Install all pool equipment including skimmer baskets, return fittings, safety float lines (if available), etc. -
Inspect the pool breaker panel. Turn ON the system breakers. -
Inspect the control system (single switch or pool/spa timer or completely automated system activated by remote control). -
Startup the circulation system. -
Check for proper water circulation (water flow). -
Check if all electrical pool equipment (pump/s, salt generator, heat pump) is operating properly (issues and recommendations will be included in the pool opening report). -
Check if all gas/propane pool equipment (gas/propane heater) is operating properly (issues and recommendations will be included in the pool opening report). -
Visually inspect pool equipment and pipes for leaks. -
Pool vacuuming with external pump (up to 60 min.) to remove leaves and fine debris that fell and settled on the pool/spa bottom throughout the winter. -
Waterline tile scrubbing. -
Brush pool/spa walls, steps, and ladders.

Service Includes:

Drain the pool 16 to 18 inches below the waterline tile (this is the average rainfall for our area from October to April) to keep the tiles dry during the winter season and minimize risk of freeze damage. -
Blow all water out of pool and spa lines. -
Blow all water out of pool equipment including main pump, cleaner pump, filter, heater, heat pump, sanitizer feeder, salt generator (if available) -
Add pool antifreeze into skimmer and pool lines. -
Install bottles of antifreeze into skimmers and pool lines -
Install winterizing plugs in return lines. -
Remove all deck equipment, handrails, ladders, and safety float lines (if available) -
Winterize the pool pump, filter, heater and sanitize feeder and salt generator (if available) -
Add additional Muriatic Acid, Calcium Chloride, Sodium Bicarb, or Sodium Carb to keep the water stabilized during -
Add winterizing algaecide and shock chemicals to pool/spa water to prevent growth of algae and bacteria in the pool water. -
Install winter safety cover if available. -
Remove Larger Debris and leaves from the pool deck. -
Inspect the pool/spa pumps, heater, heat pump, and pool cleaner for proper working and safety conditions. -
Set the pool/spa timer for optimal filtration time depending on the time of season or as specified.
